About Vendors

We want to bring more diverse food options to the Pullman community. The objective is to entertain the Pullman community with new and different flavors that they cannot usually get.

We are committed to delivering diverse food vendors from the Pacific Northwest to the Pullman community. Likewise we are also delivering an opportunity for these vendors to try out a new market (Pullman) to see if they would like to explore opening an establishment somewhere on the Palouse.

Tasty, Fun, Fresh, Exciting, Festive. These are important to us because we want our customers to think of these adjectives when they think of our festival. We want the memories from our food festival to remind them of these words.

  7. Kosmo’s Kabobs - Authentic Greek food

  8. Sunset Poke - Hawaiian poke bowls with an assortment of fresh fish option

  9. Honey - 100% vegan dishes

  10. Piece of Pi - hundreds pie flavors (including gluten free pie)

  11. Roman’s Italian Bistro - High end Italian cuisine

  12. Danny’s Burgers - Higher quality American food

  13. Willy’s Wings - Specialty in Chicken Wings

  14. The Ranch: BBQ and Brew - High end BBQ and brewery
